Finocket for CA Firms
See every client's books from one screen
When a client adds you to their Finocket workspace, you get a read-only seat. Your cockpit ranks those clients by what needs attention, and your firm's own workspace keeps its client roster and fee invoices.

Modules for CA firms
Client cockpit
Every client workspace you have been added to, on one screen, ranked by what needs attention, with a health score for each.
Cross-client compliance calendar
GST and TDS dates for every client in one calendar, with an .ics export. GST dates follow each client's own GST settings; TDS dates are worked out from the client's expense rows. ITR dates are shown as advisory portfolio-wide milestones.
Bulk receivable reminders
Review a worst-first plan of overdue receivables across clients and approve it once. Consent is checked again for each recipient before anything is sent.
GSTR-2B purchase reconciliation
Match a client's purchases against GSTR-2B and record the action taken on each mismatch. Finocket prepares; it does not file returns.
GST notice register
Log a notice exactly as received, track it, and start a reply draft from the client's own records.
Fee invoices and retainers
Raise the firm's fee invoices and recurring retainers, and tag each fee line with the assignment it was for, from GST returns to advisory.
Firm client roster
Your own client list with the engagements you hold, your file number and the engagement letter date, without retyping the PAN and legal name Finocket already stores.
UDIN on the fee line
A text field on a fee line where you type the UDIN you generated for that assignment. Finocket stores what you type; it does not generate or check it.
DSC expiry date
Record a client's DSC expiry date on their roster entry. It is a date you keep; no reminder reads it yet.
